Founding participants
Fifteen to twenty founding participants wanted
I am opening a small founding-participant pilot across the individual learning paths. Selected participants receive complimentary enrollment. In return, I am asking for real participation: complete the work and tell me exactly where the learning experience is clear, difficult, useful, or incomplete.
This is not a request for praise. No testimonial is required, and criticism is useful.
The pilot is for people with a real coaching, AI-operations, personal-capability, or professional-capability question—not people looking only for a free library to browse. An organizational team may apply for the Organizational Clinic if at least five people will participate together.

AI produces the first reading and written feedback in the Alignment Clinics; I can review and change any grade. Your name is not sent to the AI that writes your Alignment Report. The work travels by reference number.
The machine does the reading-back. It does not do the becoming.
