For people who have finished a Capability Alignment Clinic and hold their Alignment Report. The debrief does not buy the report — your report, your annotated workbook and written feedback on every assignment are all included in the course price and arrive before this.
It earns its price when you have a specific question you cannot answer alone: a report claim you think is wrong, a row you did not want to write, or a plan you suspect is aimed at the wrong thing.
Book it after you have submitted your 30/60/90 plan. By then you have read your report, argued with it, and turned it into something dated — which is what this conversation is most useful against.
I confirm a time first, then send an invoice. Nothing is charged before we have agreed when we are meeting.
Paying comes after we agree a time — I will send an invoice, and nothing is charged before then. If you would rather pay now, the payment page asks you to type the amount yourself: enter 62.50, and put your report reference in the Invoice or reference number field so I can match it to your case. If it offers to sign you in with Link, Pay without Link goes straight to that form.
Founding-participant pilot? This is the form. Tell me which path you want and what you are trying to do — that is the whole application. One honest paragraph is enough.
