1️⃣ Fluency & Structure – “The Speech Coach” 🏗️

  • Did the speaker organize their thoughts clearly?
  • Did they follow the intro-body-conclusion structure?
    • Tell them what you’re going to tell them (Intro)
    • Tell them (Body – supporting details)
    • Tell them what you just told them (Conclusion – wrap-up)
  • Was the speech natural and engaging?
  • Was their tone, pitch, and volume appropriate?
  • Did they engage the listener with confidence and energy?

🔹 Example Feedback (30 sec): “Your speech was well-structured, you started strong with a clear intro, but in the body, I noticed your points were a bit scattered. Try linking them more smoothly. Your conclusion was solid but I noticed your tone was a bit monotone. Try adding some variation in pitch to emphasize key points—it makes your speech more engaging! Also, speak just a little louder for better clarity. Just a little more confidence, and you’ll be a pro!

2️⃣ Grammar & Pronunciation – “The Language Coach” 📖

  • Were there major grammar errors?
  • Did the pronunciation impact clarity?
  • Did they use the Word of the Day correctly?

🔹 Example Feedback (30 sec):
“You had great pronunciation overall, but I noticed some small tense mistakes. Instead of ‘I will went,’ say ‘I will go.’ Also, you used the Word of the Day—nice! But try to make it sound a bit more natural in your sentence.”

3️⃣ Filler Word Tracking – “The Ah Counter”

  • Counts “uhm,” “ahh,” “right,” “so,” and other hesitation fillers.
  • Reports the total number at the end of each round.

🔹 Example Feedback (30 sec):
“You spoke smoothly, but I counted 8 ‘uhms’ and 3 ‘ahhs’ in your speech. A tip: Pause silently instead of using fillers—it makes you sound more confident! Try slowing down a little, and you’ll reduce them naturally.”
