All of our products are custom-made just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll be happy to make it right.
How to Request a Replacement
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue with your order.
Send an email to support@ciwlearning.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the product and the issue
- A description of the problem
- Your order number
We will review your request and offer a free replacement if the issue meets our replacement criteria.
What’s Not Covered
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
- Sale or promotional items
- Digital content or downloadable products (if applicable)
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary by region. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.
