I’m excited to share the Vision and Strategy Tree I created for my third book on operationalizing intercultural competence and DEIB for business impact! This Strategy Map is inspired by Riaz and Linda Khadem’s book, “Total Alignment: Tools and Tactics for Streamlining Your Organization” (2017).
The fruit on the tree represents stand-alone actions and program initiatives that align with the vision of the aspiring business example for business impact. It visually illustrates how strategic alignment drives meaningful change and fosters an aligned, inclusive, innovative, and efficient organization.
